A Gabonese environmental NGO, Muyissi acts as a local branch of BOTF in southern Gabon.

  • Technical monitoring of iboga fields and beekeeping activities.

  • Mediation in cases of internal conflicts or land issues.

  • Efforts to combat poaching and deforestation.

2024 Actions

• Consolidation of Muyissi’s role as a permanent relay between BOTF and isolated communities.

• Strengthening the administrative capacities of the supported associations.

• Support for schooling projects and IGAs.

Results

• BOTF benefits from territorial coverage thanks to Muyissi.

• Local communities have access to regular mediation.

• Positive impact on the fight against poaching and pollution (plastic, palm oil waste).
