This 13-track album is a genuine gift from BOTF to DINDENDI and to music lovers around the world who wish to support this unique artist, celebrate sacred ancestral music, and help put an end to the long-standing disregard for the rights of Gabonese traditional artists.

Blessings Of The Forest (BOTF) is a social organisation dedicated to the conservation, preservation, and fair, sustainable promotion of the cultural and natural heritage of the peoples of Gabon.

In partnership with Ozavino Production and the Gabonese digital music platform GStore Media, BOTF fully funded the debut album of a traditional Gabonese artist — a Sacred Harp/Ngombi player from the Bwete Dissumba tradition. The artist, who has chosen to remain anonymous at this stage, presents “Azi Pegna”, a powerful tribute to the Bwiti cultural legacy.

All proceeds from the album’s sales and streaming go entirely to the artist. BOTF takes no commission or financial compensation.

By purchasing the album on GStore Media, you directly support the artist and contribute to strengthening the entire value chain of traditional Bwiti music in Gabon.
